Applied Orthotic and Prosthetic Associates is a full-service orthotic and prosthetic facility committed to providing the highest quality service for your patients.  Our practice is built on the foundation that quality orthotic and prosthetic service is a combination of compassion , professionalism, experience, craftmanship and reliability.

We offer innovative prosthetic designs, providing amputees with a renewed spirit for independent function after amputation surgery.  AOPA sponsor Middle Tennessee's first amputee support group appropriately named AIM High.  Aim High meets quarterly and is a great resource for new and old amputees.

Our orthotic speciatlties include an in-house, custom dynamic AFO system for pediatric patients, a scoliosis management program that is the most experienced in the Southeast United States and the Amfit Cadcam system for custom foot orthotics.

The technical staff fabricates thousands of orthoses and prostheses with great precision.  The experience and expertise of our technical staff is clearly visible in the products our patients receive.

With a climate of ever-changing insurance programs, our staff is a true asset to our patients.  Regardless of whether you have a HMO, PPO, workers compensation or Medicare program, our office staff is experienced and highly trained to provide you with the necessary information regarding benefit coverage for orthotic and prosthetic treatment.  When an insurance program dictates a different facility for treatment, trust that our financial counselors will direct patients appropriately.
